• necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• the necessity of fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent upon the controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• necessity for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5) Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
6) Personal data obtained from you may be transferred to:
• to processors acting on our behalf and
• to public bodies or entities entitled to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts, law enforcement agencies or state institutions, when they make a request, based on the appropriate legal basis.
7) Your data will not be transferred to third countries.
8) The period for processing your personal data is dependent on the purpose for which the data is being processed. The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
• duration of the agreement,
• Legal provisions that may oblige us to process data for a specific period,
• period which is essential for the defence of our interests.
9) Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to:
• access to their personal data,
requests for the correction of their personal data which is inaccurate and the supplementation of incomplete personal data,
• requests for the erasure of their personal data, in particular where you withdraw your consent to processing, and there is no other legal ground for processing,
• requests to restrict the processing of your personal data,
• object to the processing of your data, due to your specific situation, in cases where we process your data based on our legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes,
• transferring your personal data,
• lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
10) To the extent that your data is processed based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to our postal address or e-mail address.
11) We inform you that we do not use automated decision-making systems.
