§ 1

Preliminary provisions

1. The online shop WoodNovo, available at https://woodnovo.com, 

is run by the company REK TUŁAZY Ltd. Sp. z o.o., ul. Jasielska 12H/14, 60-476 Poznań

KRS: 0001185395, NIP: 7812093136

2. These terms and conditions are intended for both consumers and 

entrepreneurs using the store and defines the terms of use of the store 

online and the terms and procedure for concluding sales agreements with customers 

distance via shop. 

§ 2

Definitions

1. Consumer – an individual entering into an agreement with the Seller within the scope of the Online Shop, 

which item is not directly related to its business activity or 

professional.

3. Customer – any entity making purchases through the shop. 

4. Entrepreneur – natural person, legal person and organisational unit 

a legal entity that is not a commercial company but is granted legal capacity by a separate statute, 

carrying out business activities in her own name, who uses the Shop. 

5. Shop – an online shop operated by the Seller at the address

6. Distance contract – a contract concluded with the customer within the framework of 

organised system for concluding distance contracts (within the shop), without 

simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using only one or 

more means of distance communication until the conclusion of the contract

7. Terms and Conditions – these store terms and conditions. 

8. Order – Customer's declaration of intent made using a form

9. Account – a customer's account in the shop, where data provided by them is stored.

orders, in particular product quantities. 

13. Product – a movable item/service available in the shop that is the subject of the agreement 

sales between a customer and a seller. 

14. Sale Agreement – an agreement for the sale of a product entered into or concluded between 

customer and seller through an online shop. By contract 

"Sale" shall also be understood to include – depending on the characteristics of the product – a contract for the provision of 

services and a contract for specific work.

§ 4

Technical requirements

To use the shop, including browsing its range and placing

a. device with Internet access and a web browser of the type 

Firefox, Chrome, Edge i in., 

b. an active email account, 

c. cookie support enabled. 

§ 5

General information

The Seller shall not be liable for disruptions, including but not limited to, interruptions in the functioning of the shop caused by force majeure, unauthorised actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the online shop with the customer's technical infrastructure. 

2. Browsing the shop's range does not require creating an account. Customers can place orders for products in the shop's range.

3. Prices shown in the Shop are in Polish złoty and are gross prices

and delivery costs (including transport, delivery and postal charges), or 

which the customer is informed of on the shop's pages during the order placement process. 

Section 6

Setting Up Your Shop Account

1. To create a Shop Account, you must complete the registration form. It is necessary to

§ 7

Order placement rules

To place an order, please: 

1. Log in to the shop (optional); 

2. Select the product to be ordered, then click the „To" button 

”basket" (or equivalent); 

3. Log in or use the option to place an order without registering; 

4. If the option to place an order without registration has been selected – fill in the form 

orders by entering the recipient's details and the address to which 

delivery of the product is to take place, select the type of shipment (delivery method 

product), enter the invoice details if they are different from the order recipient's details, 

5. Click the “I order and pay” button/click the “I order and pay” button and 

confirm the order by clicking on the link sent in the email, 

6. Select one of the available payment methods and, depending on the payment method, 

to pay for the order by the specified date.

§ 8

Delivery and payment methods

1. The customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection for the ordered 

Products: 

InPost parcel locker, 

b. Courier delivery, cash on delivery courier, 

2. The customer can use the following payment methods: 

Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)

b. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's account in advance 

c. Electronic payments 

d. Payment by payment card. 

3. Detailed information on delivery methods and acceptable payment methods 

are located on the shop's pages. 

§ 9

Execution of a sales contract

1. The sales contract between the customer and the seller is concluded after 

following the client's prior placement of an order using the order form 

online shop in accordance with § 7 of the Terms and Conditions. 

2. Upon placing an order, the seller will promptly confirm receipt and 

simultaneously accepts the order for execution. Confirmation of receipt 

orders and their acceptance for execution takes place by sending 

seller to the customer, a suitable e-mail message to the one provided when placing

3. If chosen by the customer: 

a. bank transfer payments, electronic payments or payment card payments, customer 

is obliged to make payment within 2 calendar days from the date 

completion of the sales contract – otherwise the order may be cancelled. 

b. payment upon delivery of the shipment, the customer is obliged to make 

payment on delivery. 

c. payment by cash on personal collection of the parcel, the customer is obliged to make 

Payment upon receipt of the shipment within 2 days of receiving the information about 

shipment ready for collection. 

4. If the client has chosen a delivery method other than personal collection, the product will be 

dispatched by the seller within the timeframe indicated in their description (subject to 

paragraph 5 of this paragraph), in the manner chosen by the client when submitting 

Orders. 

5. In case of ordering products with different delivery dates, the delivery date 

delivery is the longest given deadline. 

6. The start of the delivery period for the product to the customer is counted as follows: 

a. If the customer chooses bank transfer as the payment method, payments 

by electronic transfer or payment card – from the day after payment is credited to the seller's bank account. 

b. If the customer chooses payment on delivery, the contract of sale shall be valid from the day after the date of conclusion of the sales contract., 

c. if the customer chooses personal collection of the product, the product will be ready 

for collection by the customer within the timeframe indicated in the product description, regarding the product's readiness 

receipt. The customer will be further informed by the seller by sending 

to the email address provided when the order was placed 

electronic customer. 

6. Delivery of the product to the customer is subject to a charge, unless the sales contract stipulates 

differently. Product delivery costs (including transport, delivery and service charges 

(postage) are indicated to the customer on the online shop pages under the „Costs" tab 

deliveries” and during the ordering process.

 Delivery costs:

– InPost (parcel locker) – 17 zł, 

– courier delivery -19 zł

– Courier cash on delivery - £25

 Shipping time 3-5 working days from the moment payment is credited. 

7. Personal collection of the Product by the Customer is free of charge. 

§10

Right of withdrawal from the contract

1. The customer may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without providing a reason. 

 Causes. 

The period referred to in paragraph 1 shall commence on the day the product is delivered to or collected by the customer. .

5. The consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration to the seller. 

withdrawal from the contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient 

dispatch by the consumer of a declaration before the expiry of this period. 

6. The statement can be sent via traditional post or by electronic means 

electronically by sending a statement to the seller's email address or 

by making a declaration on the website

7. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract: 

a. If you withdraw from a distance contract, the contract shall be considered 

unincorporated. 

b. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, subject to point 8b of this paragraph, 

 The seller shall return to the consumer, within 14 days of receiving the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made by the consumer, including the costs of delivering the item, with the exception of additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the consumer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the seller. 

c. The seller will refund the payment by bank transfer to the customer's account

d. The Seller shall withhold the refund of payment until the product and proof of sale, in particular a receipt or invoice, have been returned. 

e. The consumer should return the product along with the proof of purchase, specifically a receipt or invoice, to the seller's address provided in these terms and conditions, promptly, but no later than 7 days from the date on which they informed the seller of their withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be met if the consumer sends the product back before the expiry of the 7-day period. 

f. The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product, including any costs which, by their nature, mean that the product cannot normally be returned by courier. 

g. The returned product must not show any signs of use that would indicate it has been used, meaning it can no longer be sold as new, i.e. unused.

Parcels returned to parcel lockers and parcels sent cash on delivery or to a different address are considered by the seller as not returned, which results in the consequences specified in points 8 d and e. 

i. Shipments with the returned product that have been sent back by the consumer as part of withdrawal from the agreement, not containing a document confirming the sale, in particular as specified in the paragon or invoice par. 8d of this section. In such a situation, the seller will return the goods to the consumer within 5 working days, after the consumer has paid the shipping costs and sent confirmation of payment of these costs to the e-mail address shown in these terms and conditions. 

8. The Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal from a distance contract in relation to a contract: 

a. where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individual requirements, e.g. a product colour different from the one offered. 

b. the provision of services, if the seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the performance began that after the seller has fulfilled the service, they will lose the right to withdraw from the contract, 

c. where the subject of the provision is goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, 

their character, become inseparably connected with other things,

 

§ 11

Complaints and warranty

The Sales Agreement covers new products. 

2. The seller is obliged to deliver the item to the customer free from defects. 

3. In the event of a defect or damage to goods purchased from the seller, the customer has the right to make a complaint about the goods based on the provisions concerning warranty and guarantee in the Civil Code. If the customer is a business, the parties exclude liability under warranty. 

4. Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the contact details provided in this 

in the terms and conditions, the seller's addresses or by using the electronic form 

complaint, made available by the seller on one of the shop's subpages. 

5. It is recommended that the complaint include, among other things, a concise description of the defect, the circumstances (including 

date) of its occurrence, customer complaint details, and customer request

6. The Seller shall respond to the complaint request immediately, no later 

than within 14 days, and if they do not do so within this period, the request is considered 

the client deemed it justified. 

7. Goods returned under the warranty procedure should be sent to the address 

as provided in § 3 of these Regulations. 

8. If a warranty has been granted for the product, information about it, as well as 

its content, which will be included in the product description in the shop

Section 12

Personal data in an online shop

1. The controller of personal data of customers collected via the shop

2. Personal data of customers collected by the administrator via the online store 

internet ones are collected for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract, and if the customer agrees 

consent – also for marketing purposes. 

3. The recipients of the online shop's customers' personal data may include: 

When a customer uses a delivery method in the online shop 

by post or courier, the administrator makes the collected data available 

the client's personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the 

shipments on behalf of the administrator. 

b. In the case of a customer who uses a payment method in the online shop 

electronic or payment card, the administrator shall provide the collected personal data 

the client, to the selected entity servicing the above payments in the shop 

online. 

4. The client has the right to access and correct their data. 

5. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the data specified 

the personal data regulations necessary for the conclusion of a sales contract results in 

due to the impossibility of concluding this agreement. 

§ 13

Final provisions

Agreements concluded through the online shop are concluded in Polish. 

2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for important

claims investigation.
